knowledge of P2P module
• Strong hands-on experience in Coupa–NetSuite integration using the 'Coupa P2P +
Expenses' Bundle in NetSuite, including troubleshooting, data mapping, supplier
onboarding, and banking information integration to NetSuite.
• Solid understanding of procurement, invoicing, expenses, and approval workflows in
Coupa, and their accounting impact in NetSuite.
• Consultative mindset; able to provide reliable advice and recommendations on tackling
issues and improving processes.
• Ability to handle Level 2/3 functional and technical support, gather requirements, resolve
