Job Title: Coupa Consultant / Administrator

Role Summary: Ensure smooth functioning of Coupa and related business processes in alignment with procurement policies. Manage configurations, integrations, and support activities while driving process efficiency across Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coupa Administration & Configuration
    • Manage and update configurations (SIM forms, approval workflows, tolerances, PO templates, invoice presentation).
    • Maintain solution design and configuration documentation.
    • Review and support Coupa release upgrades with minimal business impact.
    • Create and execute UAT test plans; manage defects and fixes.
    • Administer Sandbox and Production environments.
  • Integration Management
    • Support integrations between Coupa, ERP, and middleware systems.
    • Monitor and resolve integration failures (PO & Invoice).
    • Manage master data through interfaces.
    • Coordinate integration testing and understand API capabilities/limitations.
  • Business Process & Support
    • Optimize P2P processes leveraging Coupa features and releases.
    • Provide functional guidance and best practices to business users.
    • Handle L2/L3 support via ServiceNow; manage incidents and change requests.
    • Deliver training and support to stakeholders, including Procurement and AP teams.
