Job Description
- Architect End-to-End Salesforce Solutions that meet business needs, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce platforms.
- 10+ years working on systems analysis and implementation – preferably ERP/CRM/Quote to Cash functionalities
- 6 to 7 years of experience working with Sales teams implementing CRM/CPQ projects
- Experience working on Apttus CPQ – including Product, Pricing, Approvals setups
- Salesforce and CPQ certifications preferred
- Advanced Salesforce administration experience required – Profiles, Workflows, Process builder
- Familiarity with Salesforce development – APEX, Visualforce, Lightning web components
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be able to do common configuration tasks in Salesforce (custom object, fields, workflow rules etc solution.).
- Should be familiar with requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design for CPQ / Salesforce Sales Cloud and be able to provide good quality requirement/ design documentation.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and external vendors to align Salesforce architecture with enterprise systems.
- Experience in solution design from Quote to Order Integration to SAP; Financial reports (P&L; Finance pre-calc); X-Author apps.
- Good understanding of CPQ Approvals and discounts. Should have good communication skills and be able to run workshops with business teams independently.
- Be able to provide clear updates and estimates for his/her own tasks and also needs to be familiar with Scrum/Agile methodology. IWA certification an added plus.
- Should have knowledge about product modeling, Data migration to Apttus (Conga), and Quote to cash process, approval flows.
- Technical Knowledge of strong on about product modeling, pricing , quotation, Contract lifecycle in APTTUS , integrations.
- Salesforce certified Admin , Salesforce Platform Developer II , App Builder and certified with Sales cloud and Service Cloud.
