Job Description
Maintain and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, including Citrix Cloud components.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Manage user sessions, machine catalogs, delivery groups, policies, and profile management.
- Maintain and support the deployment of Workspace App to endpoints.
- Monitor Citrix services and infrastructure health to ensure proactive incident prevention.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to users via phone, email, and/or remote access.
- Perform problem analysis and troubleshoot issues of low to moderate complexity with minimal guidance.
- Provide consultation for end-user queries and fulfill service requests in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Drive operational efficiency by automating manual processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in change management, problem management, and release activities aligned with ITIL practices.
- Be willing to work in shift hours supporting APAC and EMEA regions, including weekend maintenance as required.
