Job Description

Maintain and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, including Citrix Cloud components.

  • Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Manage user sessions, machine catalogs, delivery groups, policies, and profile management.
  • Maintain and support the deployment of Workspace App to endpoints.
  • Monitor Citrix services and infrastructure health to ensure proactive incident prevention.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support to users via phone, email, and/or remote access.
  • Perform problem analysis and troubleshoot issues of low to moderate complexity with minimal guidance.
  • Provide consultation for end-user queries and fulfill service requests in accordance with defined SLAs.
  • Drive operational efficiency by automating manual processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in change management, problem management, and release activities aligned with ITIL practices.
  • Be willing to work in shift hours supporting APAC and EMEA regions, including weekend maintenance as required.
