Business Analyst- Manufacturing (RARR Job 6443)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations to support Digitalization and IT initiatives for manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for ensuring that digital solutions effectively support the plant's business processes and enable the organization to achieve both short-term and long-term operational goals.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, manufacturing subject matter experts, and Digital & IT solution teams to ensure technology solutions align with operational requirements and deliver maximum business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business requirements and operational challenges.

• Analyze existing manufacturing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.

• Map business requirements to Digital & IT solution capabilities and identify functional gaps.

• Work closely with Digital & IT solution teams to define enhancements and future solution roadmaps.

• Provide advisory support to stakeholders by gathering business needs and recommending suitable digital solutions.

• Participate in validation of local solution configurations and new software releases.

• Engage with factory users to understand operational workflows, collect feedback, and improve user adoption.

• Monitor solution usage and ensure adherence to defined business processes.

• Support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives by creating phased implementation roadmaps.

• Collaborate with Business Representatives, UI/UX teams, Solution Architects, and development teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Promote digital technologies and strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business value.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations and production business processes.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Excellent business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution specifications.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst supporting Manufacturing Operations and Digital & IT initiatives.

Travel Requirements

• Willingness to work from the Bagmane (C.V. Raman Nagar) client office as per project requirements.

• Ability to travel to the Hoskote manufacturing plant once every week or more frequently based on business urgency. Transportation will be arranged by the client.
