Business Analyst (RARR Job 6244)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Business Analyst (Product Guide & Manager) who can understand client requirements, convert them into clear product workflows, and guide the coder/development team throughout execution.
This role requires strong communication, product thinking, documentation, and coordination skills.
You will act as the link between:
• Clients
• Founders/Product Team
• Developers/Coder Team

Key Responsibilities
Client Requirement Gathering
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand business needs
• Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
• Ask the right questions to clarify project scope
• Convert discussions into structured documentation
• Preparation and Signoff of Business Requirement Document

Product Planning & Guidance
• Prepare:
o Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
o User flows
o Feature lists
o Wireframe references
o Task breakdowns
• Define product logic and workflows
• Suggest improvements and scalable product ideas

Developer/Coder Team Coordination
• Explain requirements clearly to the development team
• Create sprint tasks and execution priorities
• Guide coders during implementation
• Resolve requirement gaps and blockers
• Ensure delivered features match client expectations

Project Execution & Tracking
• Track progress and timelines
• Coordinate testing and feedback cycles
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
