key Responsibilities:
• Support client projects in Time Management, Attendance, Leave, Labor Scheduling, and WFM systems.
• Apply WFM expertise to solve client challenges.
• Work with global teams for timely and quality delivery.
• Handle end-to-end WFM lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to tools, methods, and practice improvements.
• Build strong client and team relationships.
• Guide junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.
Qualification:
• 8-10 years of experience in Workforce Management integration.
• SQL / Relational Database knowledge preferred.
• Boomi certification is a plus.
• QA testing experience.
• Knowledge of FTP, file transfer, and encryption.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience with US / multi-geo clients preferred.

Education:
