AI Developer - MoveWorks (RARR Job 6266)

We are looking for an AI Developer with experience in MoveWorks Agent Studio and Agentic AI solutions. The candidate will design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI agents, chatbot solutions, and enterprise automation workflows. Experience with Python, MCP, A2A integrations, REST APIs, and ServiceNow-based automations is required.

• Design, build, configure, and enhance AI agents within Moveworks Agent Studio in alignment with priority and high-level design architecture defined by the Agents & Automations team.
• Partner with the Agents & Automations team to deliver prioritized agents aligned with the enterprise roadmap and business needs.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of agent delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• Integrate backend systems through:
  • Built-in Moveworks connectors
  • Integrations with other agents built in agentic platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Snap Logic, Microsoft Copilot, or n8n/writer orchestration)
  • MCP-based integrations
• Leverage enterprise systems such as ServiceNow as systems of record and workflow engines to enable intelligent automation for IT, HR, and Finance.
• Review Moveworks platform setup and configuration, including data ingestion, plugin installation, and system integrations.
• Deliver an improved enterprise chatbot experience, “Ask Nexus” for all SIE users by improving conversational flows, usability, and overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to deliver integrated AI solutions using Moveworks Agent Studio and ServiceNow Now Assist.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize agent performance, accuracy, and overall user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred for AI agent logic, MCP server/client development, and custom integrations).
• Hands-on experience with Moveworks Agent Studio, including setup, configuration, ingestion, and plugin management (required).
• Experience building chatbot solutions, including A2A integrations and/or MCP-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and defining clear execution flows for AI agents.
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, OAuth/SAML, and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation and expand AI capabilities across the enterprise.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow, including Now Assist and out-of-the-box agentic workflows.
• ServiceNow development experience (Glide scripting, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and workflow orchestration.
• Experience supporting and maintaining production-grade AI or chatbot solutions.
