Minimum of four (4) years of direct, hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 web content management systems (required)
Minimum of four (4) years of experience programming in Java
Minimum of two (2) years of experience programming in React
Experience working with Optum/UHG internal infrastructure (preferred)
Experience with core web technologies, including XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience participating in one or more large-scale AEM implementations in a developer role
Solid understanding of AEM 6.5 building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, workflows, and development/deployment processes
Demonstrated experience with enterprise search platforms such as Adobe Search and Coveo, including indexing, sitemaps, and relevance tuning
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, with hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Entra ID or equivalent OAuth 2.0 and SAML-based solutions for securing websites and APIs (token validation, claims, scopes, and role-based access control)
Proficient understanding of the end-to-end content lifecycle, including web content management, publishing, deployment, and delivery processes
Proficiency with GitHub version control and workflows
Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as GitHub Actions
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
