Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Adobe Workfront based on business requirements
Design and implement project templates, workflows, and forms
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs
Automate business processes using Fusion (Workfront Fusion)
Integrate Workfront with tools like CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms
Support resource management, capacity planning, and project tracking
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows
Troubleshoot issues and ensure system performance
Mandatory Skills:
Adobe Workfront Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront
Strong knowledge of project setup, task management, and workflows
Experience with custom forms, reports, and dashboards
Automation & Integration:
Experience with Workfront Fusion (automation tool)
API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Data mapping and workflow automation
Project & Resource Management:
Understanding of project lifecycle management
Resource allocation and capacity planning
Agile / Waterfall methodologies
Good to Have Skills:
Experience with Adobe ecosystem (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Analytics)
Basic knowledge of JavaScript / scripting
Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow
Knowledge of marketing operations workflows
