Executive / Senior Executive – FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) (RARR Job 6229)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on business performance.
• Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership reviews.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and highlight performance trends.
• Assist in cost analysis, profitability analysis, and working capital management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly financial reporting activities.
• Support management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Excellent reporting, MIS, and financial analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• SAP FICO experience is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Qualified CA with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
✔ Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
✔ SAP FICO hands-on experience is mandatory
✔ Strong reporting and MIS preparation experience
