Workday Core HCM – Time & Absence experience is Must
- Workday Product Analyst Strong experience in supporting, configuring core modules like HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Advance Compensation and Benefits
- Strong experience in configuring Workday Security, SOX related activities and reporting.
- Experience in configuring Advance Compensation for Quarterly and Annual Performance management.
- Experience in optimizing BPs and solutions to automate manual tasks.
- Partner with business teams to ensure requirements are well documented and understood. Documentation of processes, workflows to maintain knowledge base. Identify proactively business gaps/manual touch points for optimization/automations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and colleagues in different time zones
