Workday Product Analyst Strong experience in supporting, configuring core modules like HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Advance Compensation and Benefits
Strong experience in configuring Workday Security, SOX related activities and reporting.
Experience in configuring Advance Compensation for Quarterly and Annual Performance management.
Experience in optimizing BPs and solutions to automate manual tasks.
Partner with business teams to ensure requirements are well documented and understood. Documentation of processes, workflows to maintain knowledge base. Identify proactively business gaps/manual touch points for optimization/automations
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and colleagues in different time zones
