JD	We are looking for an experienced technical writer with a background in IT product or services organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides, API or system documentation, and release notes. Proficiency with DITA authoring tools is required, along with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to produce clear, accurate, and structured content for technical/admin and end user audiences.
