🎯 Role Overview

• Network Specialist: Acts as the subject matter expert for microwave transmission systems, ensuring reliable connectivity across telecom backbones.
• Troubleshooting Authority: Provides L2 & L3 end‑to‑end troubleshooting for Ericsson microwave equipment and ENM (Ericsson Network Manager) platform.
• System Reliability: Ensures high availability of wireless transmission links, resolving outages and optimizing performance.
• Vendor Expertise: Works closely with Ericsson tools and platforms, coordinating upgrades, patches, and incident resolution.
• Incident Management: Leads RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and escalations for critical microwave network issues.
