About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and business-focused Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build high-quality talent pipelines in a fast-paced, global environment.

This role requires someone who can act as a trusted talent advisor, influence hiring decisions, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to the organization's overall talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities, workforce planning, and hiring requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent across technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership roles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job portals, and market mapping.
  • Conduct recruiter screening interviews to evaluate technical capability, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement by providing market intelligence, hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation insights.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and a consultative approach.
  • Manage offer negotiations and successfully close candidates while balancing business needs and candidate expectations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams on talent initiatives, employer branding, diversity hiring, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and applicable employment regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media engagement, recruitment campaigns, and hiring events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6–10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within technology, digital, consulting, or product organizations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple requisitions across diverse business functions.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
  • Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret hiring data and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for Digital, Data, Analytics, AdTech, MarTech, Product, Engineering, or Consulting roles.
  • Exposure to global hiring across APAC, EMEA, or North America.
  • Experience working in a matrix or multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar ATS platforms.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic hiring discussions.
