Job title: Senior Power Platform Engineer – Infrastructure & Administration
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer to own the end-to-end infrastructure and administration of Microsoft Power Platform across our enterprise. This role is critical to ensuring platform stability, compliance, scalability, and innovation enablement, while driving operational excellence and automation of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities •
Environment Management: Provision, monitor, rationalize, and manage lifecycle of environments. • Access Provisioning: Manage user/admin access, enforce least privilege, conduct periodic reviews.
• License Management: Assign licenses, advise business units, optimize usage, coordinate with Finance. • CoE Toolkit Administration: Setup, upgrade, monitor, and ensure toolkit functionality.
• DLP Policy Implementation: Enforce tenant-wide rules, review exceptions, align with security/compliance. • Audit & Compliance Reporting: Generate logs, usage reports, dashboards, and support governance audits.
• Infra & Admin Support: Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and support operational teams.
• Service Account Management: Rollout, monitor, and manage lifecycle of service accounts and principals.
• Backup & Recovery: Ensure DR readiness, backup schedules, and restoration testing.
• Monitoring & Alerts: SLA monitoring, proactive alerts, escalation workflows.
• Capacity & Performance Management: Monitor storage, API limits, and performance bottlenecks.
• Patch & Update Management: Coordinate updates, validate compatibility, communicate changes.
• Integration Oversight: Manage connectors, gateways, and enterprise integrations.
• Automation of Admin Tasks: Develop scripts/flows for cleanup, ownership transfer, license optimization.
• Incident Response Support: Partner during outages, perform RCA, and remediation.
• Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintain admin guides, KB articles, SOPs.
• Capacity Planning & Forecasting: Anticipate growth, budget licenses, scale environments.
• Innovation Enablement: Support pilots for new features like Copilot, agentic AI, reusable components.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration, with at least 3+ years focused on Power Platform. • Strong expertise in Azure AD, governance, compliance, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to manage HA/DR, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with automation scripts, CoE toolkit, and DLP policies.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications in Power Platform or Azure preferred.
• As this role is global - Candidate should be comfortable in working with different time zones as required.
