Job Description
Provide Technical Support for Desktop, Lotus Dominos mail client and MS office products.
Installation and troubleshooting of Operating systems (Windows 10)
Assisting users for any issues in their day-to-day IT operations
Monitoring the pending tickets and ensure regular updates
Troubleshooting 1st level Local network related issues
Troubleshooting 1st level laptop hardware related issues
Monitor the ticket SLAs and act against the SLA warnings
Troubleshoot application related issues
Configure & update Antivirus software
Resolve all Hardware and Paper Jam Issues with respect to Printers
Coordinate with Hardware support teams and resolve any hardware failures in the printers
Resolve any issues for the print service due to virus in the network.
Basic understanding on working of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Should have experience of software Vulnerabilities management & End of life and Blacklisted software management of endpoint devices.
Should have knowledge of software Installation, Updating and Removal.
Should have basic knowledge any software license management tool
Should have basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Should have knowledge of Windows patching and troubleshooting on endpoint devices
