ServiceNow SecOps (NCS/Job/ 4106)

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) solutions.

•     Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.

•     Configure and manage Assignment Rules, CI Lookup Rules, Remediation Task Rules, Remediation Target Rules, and Risk Calculators.

•     Possess strong understanding of Vulnerable Item, Remediation Task, Detection, and Discovered Item lifecycles.

•     Manage vulnerability content from NVD and other third-party vulnerability sources.

•     Integrate ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners such as Tenable, Wiz, Qualys, and other security tools.

•     Customize remediation workflows and automate vulnerability assignment, tracking, and escalation processes.

•     Configure dashboards, reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics for vulnerability management.

•     Support end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle management, including identification, prioritization, remediation, exception management, and closure.

•     Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to drive remediation activities.

•     Leverage CMDB relationships and asset context for risk-based vulnerability prioritization.

•     Apply knowledge of CVSS scoring, risk assessment, vulnerability management processes, and remediation strategies.

•     Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party security and IT systems.

•     Perform troubleshooting, defect resolution, upgrades, patching, and release support.

•     Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, solution design
