Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre.
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- Create and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
(server-side and client-side)
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience with Finance Management and MCO processes (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM
- Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD.
