Job Description: Senior UX Designer / UX Design Lead – SAP S/4HANA

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer / UX Design Lead to drive the end-to-end redesign of the Purchase Order experience in SAP S/4HANA, delivering a modern, intuitive, and scalable user experience aligned with SAP Fiori standards.

The role involves defining the UX vision, leading design execution, validating concepts with customers and end users, and collaborating with SAP Central UX/Fiori teams to ensure feasibility and compliance. The candidate will also lead and coordinate a small team of 2–3 UX designers, breaking down work packages, tracking progress, and ensuring design consistency across related procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX strategy and vision for the Purchase Order experience.
• Lead UX activities from research and concept design to prototyping, validation, and final delivery.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and Fiori Elements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Project Management, and SAP UX stakeholders.
• Coordinate and mentor a small UX team, managing deliverables and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• UX design experience, preferably in enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or procurement software.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Fiori, including Fiori Elements (mandatory).
• Proven ability to create UX vision, drive customer validation, and lead design execution.
• Experience managing design workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
