Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations along with strong coding, customization, and integration capabilities.

This role requires an individual contributor who can design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning framework.
• Build reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous processing.
• Work extensively on Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and third-party systems.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in release management, CI/CD, and DevOps activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

Core Salesforce Development

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex development.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Good experience in Aura Components and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and optimization techniques.

Integrations

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms is an added advantage.

Salesforce Clouds

• Strong implementation/customization experience in:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
