Senior Architect (NCS/Job/ 2041)

• Ensure proper decorating of Interior spaces with strong problem solving & organisational skills
• Depict proper layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture & all installations
• Evaluate space usage, draft early designs using visual aids & consult with clients about preferred materials.
• Ensure Creative talent, imagination & keen eye for detail & aesthetics
• Ensure & apply style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors that meet client’s vision.
• Ensure proper Communication & presentation skills incl project management skill

Responsibilities :

• Ensure design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements & schedule during the “Brief “
• Interpret & translate customer needs into rough plans.
• Establish project schedules considering cost estimates & oversee the flawless installation of design elements from materials to furniture.
• Research & decide on materials & product sourcing.
• Produce samples & mood products.
• Supervise work progress.
• Work closely with decorators, designers, architects & contractors.
• Site visit to discuss with clients to understand requirements & presentation after conceptualisation.
• Support the site engineers with necessary drawings by making respective changes in case of any change recommended by client as per site conditions.
• Site visits to meet client in understanding requirements & making presentations once design is completed.
• Prepare 3D rendering by including approved design, materials etc.,
• Preparation of 2D drawings for work execution & support site execution team.
• Preparation of BOQ
• Research & follow industry changes, evolutions & best practices.
