Job Description — SAP SD Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP SD configuration, business process analysis, and end-to-end implementation/support projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to deliver scalable SAP solutions that support sales, order management, billing, shipping, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD modules, including:
  • Sales Order Management
  • Pricing & Billing
  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Credit Management
  • Output Determination
  • Returns & Refunds
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
• Work with cross-functional modules such as MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP.
• Design functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and resolve incidents/issues within SLA timelines.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare functional documentation.
• Support integration with third-party systems and interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP SD consulting/support/implementation.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • OTC (Order to Cash) processes
  • Pricing procedures
  • Availability check (ATP)
  • Partner determination
  • Billing and invoicing
  • IDocs and interfaces
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Understanding of integration points with MM and FI modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex business process issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global rollout or support projects.
• SAP SD certification is a plus.
• Exposure to EDI, APIs, or SAP Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
