Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to manage and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, configuring SAP FICO solutions, supporting integration with other SAP modules, and ensuring smooth financial operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyse business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
Configure and support SAP FI modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Perform end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, migration, and support activities.
Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, PP, and HCM modules.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and reports.
Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
Handle month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Support data migration, master data management, and system integrations.
Provide training and documentation to business users.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.
Understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
Experience with:
GST/VAT taxation
Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)
Automatic Payment Program
Credit Management
COPA
Knowledge of debugging concepts and ABAP functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
MBA Finance or CA background is an advantage.

Knowledge of SAP BTP
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Exposure to automation and RPA tools
