Experience: 8–12 Years
Mandatory: atleast 7+ yrs in salesforce and few yrs in Lead

- Strong hands-on in Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console
- Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Service Cloud, Flows
