Mandatory skill set:
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end implementations in Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel
- Service Cloud and Salesforce Administrator certifications
- Business Analyst (BA)–level experience
The candidate’s resume must include a clear synopsis covering the above skill set for initial screening.

Looking for a Salesforce Account Manager with strong Admin background, working as an individual contributor, with experience in Omnichannel Routing and client-facing delivery.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary client point of contact
- Gather requirements & deliver Salesforce solutions
- Handle Omnichannel routing & Service Cloud configurations
- Balance 60% functional & 40% technical responsibilities
✅ Must Have
- Salesforce Admin experience
- Minimum 1+ year in Omnichannel Routing
- Strong client-facing experience
- Experience as individual contributor (IC)
