  • Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel
  • Service Cloud and Salesforce Administrator certifications
  • Business Analyst (BA)–level experience

Looking for a Salesforce Account Manager with strong Admin background, working as an individual contributor, with experience in Omnichannel Routing and client-facing delivery.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary client point of contact
  • Gather requirements & deliver Salesforce solutions
  • Handle Omnichannel routing & Service Cloud configurations
  • Balance 60% functional & 40% technical responsibilities

Must Have

  • Salesforce Admin experience
  • Minimum 1+ year in Omnichannel Routing
  • Strong client-facing experience
  • Experience as individual contributor (IC)
