Technical Requirements
• Certified in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Extensive experience with the SailPoint suite, specifically the on-premises custom version.
• Experience remediating or re-architecting an existing SailPoint implementation
• Experience helping organizations move from tactical fixes to long-term IGA strategy
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
• Proven track record of running full deployments of SailPoint solutions.
• Experience in supporting the optimization phase of SailPoint implementations.
• Proficiency in managing SailPoint objects and workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for SailPoint deployments and optimizations.
• Develop and implement strategies for integrating SailPoint with other enterprise systems.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SailPoint capabilities and best practices.
• Monitor and report on the performance of SailPoint solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to align identity governance with organizational security policies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint-related issues.
Skills:
• Proficiency with Directories, Delegated administration, Rest API’s, scripting, API gateways, App Proxies, SOA services, and strong technical documentation skills
• Intimately familiar with IAM related protocols such as SAML, SPML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID and OAuth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Familiarity with identity governance and administration (IGA) best practices.
