About the Role
We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer to support and enhance our production automation landscape. The ideal candidate combines strong UiPath expertise with excellent communication, collaboration, and a high sense of ownership—driving reliable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
•
Design, develop, and maintain UiPath workflows, libraries, and automations (REFramework, queues, retry logic, logging).
•
Support and enhance existing RPA processes to improve throughput, stability, and cost efficiency.
•
Partner with BAs and stakeholders to clarify requirements, write solution designs, and deliver automations that meet business goals.
•
Own production health: triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes/preventive measures, and communicate status clearly.
•
Test and validate processes (unit, integration, SIT/UAT) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance.
•
Document designs, runbooks, SOPs, and user guides; keep configuration and release notes up to date.
•
Continuously improve by adopting UiPath best practices, new capabilities (Apps, Test Manager, Document Understanding), and automation design patterns.
•
Operate with ownership: manage backlog items, track deadlines, and proactively flag risks/constraints with mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications
•
4–6 years of hands-on UiPath development and RPA implementation (Studio/StudioX, Orchestrator, Robots, Queues).
•
Strong grasp of automation design patterns (transactional processing, idempotency, exception handling, resilience).
•
Experience with SQL/database management (queries, stored procedures, performance basics).
