Routing and Switching (NCS/Job/ 4016)

purpose- To protect SRF network & servers from Intrusions and hackers.

List of deliverables –

     Study existing Security system.

     Implement and maintain the security tool supplied by SRF LIMITED.

     Configuring the Intrusion Detection Server (IDS) and IMSS to secure SRF systems from hackers and to prevent Mail system for any virus / Spam attack

     Patch management for all security systems (IDS, IMSS, Firewall, Proxy etc.)

     Configure, maintain and upgrade spy ware system to prevent SRF systems and user to minimize the spam attacks

     Regular backup of firewall, proxy and other security system’s configuration shall be taken

     Administration of Firewall, proxy systems as per SRF security policy

     No deviation to the agreed process and procedure

     Change Management shall be followed for any configuration changes · 

     M/s SRF will ensure back-to-back SLA is signed with OEM’s / Vendors

     Proper Training and Knowledge Transfer to be provided by SRF in case of introduction of any new technology / process or services in the current scope effective for current set-up,
Provide feedback to customer on any new security threat detected
