QA Functional Engineer (NCS/Job/ 3731)

Role Summary

We are looking for a QA Functional / E2E Engineer to validate critical business journeys and ensure release quality across CIAM and fraud platforms. This role focuses on end-to-end testing, business flow validation, and coordinated release sign-off across integrated enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document functional, end-to-end, regression, and business journey testing.
• Validate workflows across integrated services, platforms, and user interfaces.
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and defect reports aligned to release objectives.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and automation engineers to ensure coverage completeness.
• Support release sign-off through structured validation of critical flows and dependencies.
• Identify risks, edge cases, and quality gaps across complex enterprise processes.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in functional testing and end-to-end validation of enterprise applications.
• Ability to understand and test complex business processes across multiple systems.
• Experience with test planning, defect management, and release validation.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrated workflows, and Agile QA practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to automation-aligned testing practices and collaboration with automation teams.
• Experience in CIAM, fraud, verification, or identity-related domains.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms, vendor integrations, and multi-system release models.
