Responsibilities
• Configure and develop solutions on Salesforce Field Service Lightning
• Build and enhance components related to:
o Work Orders
o Work Types
o Service Appointments
o Service Resources
o Service Territories
o Scheduling Policies
o Dispatcher Console
• Customize Salesforce applications using:
o Apex
o Triggers
o Batch Apex
o Lightning Web Components
o Visualforce where applicable
o Flows
• Develop and support integrations with external enterprise systems using APIs
• Implement business validations, automation, and custom logic as per design
• Support mobile enablement for field technicians
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system testing, and defect fixes
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, admins, and QA teams
