Purchase Manager (NCS/Job/ 3463)

• 4 to 5 years of working experience in Purchase of Construction/plumbing/electrical & Interiors related materials

 Requirements and skills:

• Identifying potential vendors for related material procurement & labor suppliers.
• Compare & evaluate offers from suppliers & preparing comparative statements
• Negotiate with vendors/suppliers for pricing
• Track Orders until ensuring timely delivery of materials to site
• Review quality of purchased products & specifications with site project manager
• Correspondence & dealing with suppliers, carriers regarding shortages/rejections by site personnel
• Maintain the details eg., Vendors, quantities, prices into internal database.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information & purchases.
• Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis
• Maintenance of progressive expenditure statement project wise
• Procurement as per BOQ & place order if necessary, in consultation with site personnel.
