Project Manager for Fixed Wireless Telecom

A Project Manager for Fixed Wireless Telecom,  focuses on the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, covering 4G/5G network deployment, site acquisition, and fiber backhaul connectivity.

Core Responsibilities

·       Infrastructure Rollout: Coordinating end-to-end delivery of fixed wireless towers and associated network infrastructure.

·       Stakeholder Management: Acting as a key liaison across major stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

·       Vendor and Contract Management: Overseeing contractors and vendors for site acquisition, design, and construction.

·       Delivery & Reporting: Driving complex projects from inception to completion, including budget management and regular reporting to executive levels.

·       Site Upgrades: Managing the upgrade of network systems for higher capacity or new technologies.

Key Requirements & Skills

·       Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within telecommunications.

·       Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of fixed wireless, fiber networking, or telecommunications systems.

·       Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.

·       Background: Experience in construction, mining, or large-scale telecommunications infrastructure is highly valued.
