Project Manager (NCS/Job/ 3547)

Define and execute long-term growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in  Turnkey Projects,design & built/GC projects. 

· Manage P&L, budgets, and ensure financial health of the company.

· Oversee timely and quality execution of all projects.

· Build strategic alliances with government bodies, clients, and industry stakeholders.

· Drive operational efficiency through systems, processes, and performance monitoring.

· Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and safety regulations.

· Lead, mentor, and inspire the leadership team and workforce.

· Represent the company in external forums, building brand and industry presence.
