Role Summary

We are hiring a Project Delivery Manager (PDM) to own end-to-end delivery of SAP BTP projects. This role acts as the single point of accountability across Business, IT, and BTP CoE teams, ensuring predictable, governed, and high-quality delivery.

⚠️ Note: This is NOT a Scrum Master / Agile Coach role.
Strong experience in waterfall or hybrid delivery models is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery from Demand Intake → Closure
• Drive requirement workshops (URS) and sign-offs
• Coordinate feasibility, design, and estimation across teams
• Manage governance, approvals, and compliance readiness
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues
• Run weekly delivery cadence and stakeholder updates
• Ensure smooth deployment, AMS handover, and hypercare
• Drive project closure and reporting

Must-Have Skills

• Strong IT Project / Delivery Management experience
• Expertise in waterfall or hybrid delivery
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional enterprise projects
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and dependency management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to SAP BTP / SAP ecosystem
• Experience in governance, compliance, validation environments
• PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred)

❌ Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches
❌ Profiles limited to Jira tracking/reporting
❌ Candidates with only dev team coordination experience
