|
Support the project planning and management of the Market Registration database implementation |
|
|
|
|
Manage the workstream project plans and weekly status reporting |
|
|
|
Supervise and guide the two more junior/mid-level resources, ensuring issues are escalated in a timely manner and tasks remain on track |
|
|
|
Coordinate with key stakeholders across Operations, Tech, Data and third-parties to ensure CAS aligns to the overall program objectives and milestones |
|
|
|
Support the definition and management of interim v target operating models |
|
|
|
Ensure the Aladdin migrations are controlled, accounts are set-up correctly, data is accurate and the transition to BAU is well managed |
|
|
|
Ensure activities transitioned into CAS from CRM and third-party vendors are clearly defined and documented, the CAS team is appropriately trained and the transition is orderly and well-managed |
|
|
|
Ensure the data model for Account Master (CDP) and Aladdin is defined, documented and embedded in BAU processes |
