Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to lead the full lifecycle of software development, including research, design, implementation, and management of software programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java platforms, with the ability to design and develop high-volume, mission-critical applications that ensure high availability and performance. Responsibilities include writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code, as well as customizing and optimizing software products to meet project-specific requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications using Core Java with over 10 years of hands-on experience.
• Engage with customers and coordinate with vendors to provide effective technical support and solutions.
• Ensure software solutions align with user requirements and overall business objectives.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle—concept, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure all designs adhere to established requirements and follow best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
• Manage version control and oversee the structured release of software components through well-documented build processes.
• Promote continuous improvement by researching and recommending emerging technologies to senior management.
• Collaborate efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of all documentation, unit testing, regression testing, and support activities during integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain adherence to project timelines while consistently delivering high-quality software. QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in software development, specifically using Core Java and related technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Node.js and AngularJS for front-end and server-side development.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ and JMS.
• Working knowledge of Swagger, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins (including Blue Ocean).
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Apache Ant.
• Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong database knowledge in PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) and application of common design patterns.
