Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with experience in trading workflows within Capital Markets. The role involves building robust automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality delivery across fast-paced, agile-driven releases. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Playwright (JavaScript) with a focus on test automation for complex, real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for trading applications

· Automate end-to-end trading workflows, including order capture, execution, and post-trade validation

· Develop and execute test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript)

· Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity and test coverage

· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster releases

· Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

· Identify, log, and track defects; support resolution and retesting

· Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are met

· Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategy

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong experience in QA Automation for trading or financial systems

· Hands-on expertise in:

o Playwright with JavaScript

· Experience in end-to-end test automation frameworks

· Good understanding of:

o Trading lifecycle / workflows

o APIs and backend testing

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with rapid release cycles

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
