Mainframe IMS / IDMS / Adabas Database: Manage hierarchical and network databases, schema design, and transaction processing.

Mainframe Infra Admin: Oversee infrastructure operations, system monitoring, and capacity planning.

Mainframe Infra Consulting: Provide advisory on modernization, migration, performance optimization, and governance.
Must-Have Skills:

Strong expertise in DB2, IMS, IDMS, Adabas administration.

Hands‑on experience in mainframe infrastructure operations and consulting.

Proficiency in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.

Knowledge of security, storage, and disaster recovery practices.
