  • Provide thought leadership on OTC process optimization, SAP SD best practices, S/4HANA fit-to-standard, and scalable solution architecture patterns.
  • Support multi-country rollouts by governing the global template, gathering localization needs, validating design and process impacts, and coordinating country-specific sign-offs.
  • Ensure alignment to global process standards while supporting regional compliance, controls, audit needs, and solution design governance.
  • Lead large OTC enhancements and initiatives across multiple geographies, owning architecture scope, design decisions, business case inputs, and value realization measures.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams on solution options, integration architecture impacts, data requirements, and deployment planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional requirements and dependencies across SAP modules and adjacent systems, including:
    • Finance (FI)
    • Materials Management (MM)
    • Transportation Management (TM)
    • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Serve as a trusted partner to business executives, product owners, IT leaders, and program sponsors to drive architecture alignment and decision-making.
  • Facilitate process and design workshops, solution playback sessions, and steering updates; clearly communicate trade-offs, risks, and decisions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable functional and architectural requirements, partnering with solution teams to ensure designs meet intended outcomes.
  • Guide and mentor SD team and functional team members on analysis methods, design standards, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of OTC and SD  analysis and architecture artifacts, templates, and best practices across the SAP practice.
  • Support delivery excellence through strong traceability (requirements-to-design-to-build-to-test), UAT planning/execution support, cutover readiness, and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of experience in SAP OTC / SD within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA programs (implementation and/or transformation), including lead consulting and solution architecture responsibilities.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or related discipline
    • 15+ years’ experience working in a global ERP environment, partnering with both business and IT teams, and driving end-to-end SD/OTC solution design.
    • Experience leading and mentoring business analysts and/or SD functional team members and guiding cross-functional teams through design reviews, requirements, and decision processes.
    • Proven experience owning requirements and solution design for complex initiatives, including scope definition, traceability, integration impacts, and UAT support.
    • S/4HANA experience (fit-to-standard workshops, global template/process harmonization, and migration/rollout support).

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
    • Deep hands-on SAP SD configuration and consulting experience across core OTC areas (pricing, rebates/conditions, credit management, deliveries/shipping, billing, returns, and intercompany), including leading fit-gap and design decisions.
    • Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and translate them into clear requirements, process designs, and implemented solutions.
    • Experience working with integrations (e.g., IDocs/APIs), including defining interface requirements, integration patterns, and validating end-to-end outcomes.
    • Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
