Required Skills & Experience
- 10–17 years of experience in IT services sales, account management, or strategic account development.
- Proven experience working with SAP ecosystem, SAP Labs, or SAP partner organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills across large matrix organizations.
- Experience in account mining, opportunity development, and deal shaping.
- Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders across product teams, engineering teams, and global organizations.
- Experience driving services engagements or project-based opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working with SAP Labs India or managing SAP as a strategic account.
- Understanding of SAP products, platforms, and ecosystem.
- Experience collaborating with global SAP teams and innovation programs.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field
- MBA preferred
