Expert-level Java development for enterprise-grade server-side components

• Data skills – Efficient data analysis and querying to provide accurate and performance tuned data

required by the Xceptor use cases.

• Adherence to enterprise SDLC and coding standards

• Strong understanding of production resilience, incident detection, and operational readiness

• Experience supporting monthly production releases

• Ability to support UAT readiness, defect triage, and release sign-off

• Experience validating releases in controlled enterprise environments

• Hands-on involvement in deployment validation and cutover testing

• Familiarity with monthly release cycles and multi-region rollout coordination

• Ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders

• Strong communication skills

• Python knowledge is a must

• Duco knowledge is better to have
