Java Fullstack (Java Heavy + React) (NCS/Job/ 3669)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with working knowledge of React for frontend development. The role is primarily backend-focused with frontend responsibilities to build and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Backend
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
Build and manage Microservices-based architectures
Develop and expose RESTful APIs with high performance and scalability
Implement data persistence using Hibernate / JPA
Write optimized and complex SQL queries
Containerize applications and manage deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices

Frontend
Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js
Build reusable components and manage application state
Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver responsive and user-friendly interfaces
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization

Required Skills
Backend
Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
Experience with Hibernate / JPA
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems

Frontend
Hands-on experience with React.js
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Experience with REST API integration

Additional
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
Exposure to DevOps practices
Experience with frontend testing frameworks
