Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Pre-Sales Consultant with deep expertise in Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Center solutions, along with exposure to AI-driven technologies.

This role requires a customer-facing professional who can translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business objectives
• Design and propose end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions across cloud and data center environments
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Own and drive RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, and proposals
• Provide expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures
• Recommend and integrate AI/ML-based solutions where applicable
• Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in cloud, AI, and data center modernization

Mandatory Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales / Solutioning / Solution Architecture
• Strong knowledge of:
  • IT Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking)
  • Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Data Center technologies (Virtualization, Backup, DR)
• Hands-on experience in RFP/RFI, proposal creation, and client presentations
• Exposure to AI / Machine Learning / AI-enabled solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
