About the Role
Lead iOS Developer to architect, develop, and mentor teams on enterprise-grade iOS applications. Drive technical excellence across mobile projects while mentoring junior developers and ensuring production-ready code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end iOS app development using Swift 5+, SwiftUI, UIKit
• Design scalable app architectures (MVVM-C, Coordinator pattern, Clean Architecture)
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain 95%+ code coverage
• Mentor 3-5 developers; conduct technical interviews and onboarding
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSocket services with proper error handling
• Optimize app performance (60fps UI, memory profiling, Core Data optimization)
• Collaborate with PMs, QA, and backend teams for seamless delivery
• Handle App Store submissions, TestFlight deployments, and crash analytics (Firebase/Sentry)

Technical Requirements

Experience Required

• 8+ years iOS development with 3+ years leadership
• Delivered 5+ production iOS apps (App Store published)
• Enterprise experience (pharma/retail preferred)
• Strong debugging, crash resolution, and production support

Leadership Expectations

• Guide teams through technical roadblocks
• Make architectural trade-off decisions
• Estimate efforts accurately (±15%)
• Client-facing technical discussions
