Job Description

  • Proven experience in a people management role, gained within a HR function, including demonstrable success implementing HR programs: Overall, 15 to 20 years of experience in HR with minimum of 10 years of experience as HR Business Partner.

  • Ability to quickly build credibility and influence stakeholders across functions, geographies, and business units.

  • A track record of supporting high performance cultures.

  • High emotional intelligence and personal resilience.

  • High motivation with a determination to achieve results, coupled with the ability to work through ambiguity.

An essential element of the role will be to execute on both local and global HR initiatives including talent mobility, development, and culture. The HRBP will partner with HR colleagues in Regional Head Quarters’s (as CSS HR Team is housed with the RHQs), Corporate teams, and the Centre of People Excellence (CoEs) to share and support consistent best practices and ensure alignment.

The HRBP will report to the to the Global Delivery Lead for CSS HR.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the business partner for HR to Global Delivery Transformation & Value Lead, CSS HR.

  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes (including GPM, Merit, and Talent Review).

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview processes, as required.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers HR-related matters.

  • Handle employee relations issues by providing guidance in line with company policies and local labour laws.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience, as required.

  • Advising on all Global Performance Mgt. (GPM), Merit and Talent Review processes.

  • Work closely with management and employees to further enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. 

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. 

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to employees & managers such as coaching, career development and performance improvement. 

  • Analyse and evaluate the annual employee survey for respective business groups, working in collaboration with the senior leadership team to support in the creation of action plans. 

  • Assist with training programs and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensuring that HR policies are implemented in alignment with Regional and Global requirements.

  • Monitoring key people analytics to identify trends and opportunities for creating efficiencies and enhancing employee satisfaction.

  • Liaison with HR teams

  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Additional responsibility: Acting as the business partner for HR to General Manager, Global HR Operations for the purpose of team members as part of Global HR Shared Services.
