GenAI Architect

• Must-have skills:
  • 2–3 years of experience in Generative AI development
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, etc.
  • Proven architecture experience is mandatory

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3+ years in GenAI / LLM development
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, Transformers, etc.
• Expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, and multi-agent systems
• Experience working with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, open-source models)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and cost optimization
• Experience in building scalable AI systems with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Exposure to AI safety, monitoring, and responsible AI practices

Role Expectations (Lead Role):

• Design and build end-to-end GenAI solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML systems
• Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to deliver measurable impact
• Own project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Drive innovation in agentic workflows and AI-powered systems
• Define and enforce best practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance
• Act as a technical leader and key decision-maker for AI strategy and roadmap
