Data Architect (NCS/Job/ 3754)

Role Summary:
Design scalable, governed data architecture enabling AI-driven insights, efficiency tracking, and SDLC optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
•  Define enterprise data models for SDLC metrics, efficiency tracking, and AI adoption 
•  Design data pipelines and architectures supporting real-time and batch analytics 
•  Ensure data governance, lineage, quality, and compliance across AI and SDLC ecosystems 
•  Enable measurement frameworks for effort saved, capacity created, and value delivered 
•  Support complexity vs value modelling through structured data design 
•  Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to enable data-driven decision-making

Skills & Experience:
•  10–15 years in data architecture and data platform design 
•  Expertise in data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical) and data warehousing 
•  Strong hands-on with cloud data platforms (AWS Glue, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.) 
•  Experience in data governance, lineage, cataloging, and data quality frameworks 
•  Knowledge of real-time and batch data processing architectures 
•  Familiarity with analytics, BI tools, and KPI frameworks 
•  Understanding of AI/ML data requirements and feature engineering pipelines 
•  Experience integrating data from SDLC tools (JIRA, Git, CI/CD systems)
