Collibra SME (Data Governance SME) (NCS/Job/ 4064)

We are looking for an experienced Collibra SME to lead the implementation and adoption of the Collibra Enterprise Data Governance platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Collibra Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Privacy, Risk Management, and Responsible AI (RAI) frameworks. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to design governance solutions, define requirements, support implementation, and drive enterprise-wide adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Data Quality (DQ), Privacy, Risk, and Responsible AI (RAI) capabilities within the Collibra platform.
• Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to understand governance requirements.
• Design governance solutions and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Technical Data Management team.
• Support the implementation and configuration of the Collibra platform.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and validation of governance capabilities.
• Drive enterprise rollout and adoption of the Collibra Data Governance platform.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and walkthroughs for business users and leadership.
• Define governance standards, business glossaries, metadata management, and data stewardship processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve data governance maturity across the organization.
