Cloud Operations Engineer (NCS/Job/ 3751)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cloud operations

• Monitor systems using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, etc.

• Handle incident, problem, and change management

• Perform RCA and coordinate resolution

• Ensure HA/DR readiness and performance optimization

• Automate tasks using scripting and IaC

• Support CI/CD pipelines

• Ensure compliance with security policies

Required Skills

• 6+ years in cloud operations/support

• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP

• Scripting and automation with Python, Shell (Ansible experience preferred)

• Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, and system administration skills

• Knowledge of networking and security fundamentals

Preferred Skills

• Telecom/enterprise experience

• Kubernetes/OpenShift exposure

• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• ITSM tools like ServiceNow

Qualifications
